Synopsis: In a deadly terrorist attack, Arashi Mikami narrowly escapes death, but loses everything in the process, including his family and best friend. However, the rescue surgeon is far from just an ordinary doctor - he runs a strike team known as the black seal whose task is to exterminate deadly criminals who have fallen too far. Full of a new determination, Arashi s the ranks of the vigilant organization.

Black Label's targets are abundant, for the scum of evil hides everywhere - weapons traffickers, corrupt politicians, and dark bandits, all find themselves hunted by the extermination team. Although haunted by their dark and sinister past, all hunters are highly qualified in killing their targets. Despite the dangerous lives the live, Arashi and the beautiful ladies that surround him still get involved at various sensual moments and bold hijinks. Although they face strong opposition, nothing can prevent Black Label's goal from cleaning the world of horrible evil.

Summary and Events

The city of Tokyo is plagued by a mysterious epidemic that kills thousands of people.
Arashi Mikami, a high school student, discovers that his childhood friend Mikoto Kiba is a member of the group of Vigilantes Triage X, who aims to eliminate criminals that escape from justice.
